Amy Sanders, 68, of Salem, NH, passed away peacefully October 3, 2026.

Amy was born and raised in Dexter, NY, where she spent her early years before eventually relocating to Salem, NH. She was a lifelong learner and earned two master’s degrees from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Amy had a deep appreciation for history and antiques, a passion that became an important part of her life. She was a member of the National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors (NAWCC) and owned and operated Sanders Antiques in Maine. She developed a particular expertise and appreciation for early timepieces and enjoyed sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with others. For Amy, antiquing was more than a hobby—it was a way of preserving history and discovering the stories held within each unique piece. She was heavily responsible for assisting the development and success of her husband, Brian’s, companies.

Amy will be lovingly remembered by her siblings, Helen Meyers, Fred Wright, and Robert Wright; her stepchildren, Julie Sanders, Robert Sanders, and David Sanders; her granddaughter, Jillian Sanders; and several nieces and nephews.

She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
