D. Roland Belanger, 94, a resident of Hobe Sound, FL and formerly of Londonderry and Hampstead, NH passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 28 ^th .

He was the son of the late Yvonne (Drouin) and Delphis Belanger. Roland grew up in Methuen and Lawrence, MA. He graduated from Lawrence High School, Class of 1947 and married his high school sweetheart, Barbara K. Berry. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Roland owned and operated Belanger Pool Center in Londonderry for many years. He also had his pilot's license and flew chartered flights around the country on his plane. Roland loved to play tennis. After he retired, he moved to Hobe Sound, FL and continued to summer in NH. Roland was a wonderfully funny, kind hearted man who will be forever missed by his family and friends.

Roland will be deeply missed by his daughter-in-law, Carol Belanger; his 4 grandchildren, Brian, Kevin and Megan Belanger and Jason Daily; his 4 great grandchildren, Aubrie, Asher, Brielle and Caiden; his long time companion, Lois Manning and her family who" adopted" him into their hearts,  her daughter, Susan Hopkins and her children, Melissa Locke, Doug Hopkins and Lindsay Hopkins and his sister-in-law, Frances Morency.

He was predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Barbara (Berry) Belanger and his children, Debra Daily and Philip Belanger.
