David L. Cardone, 64, of Methuen, MA passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022 after a brief illness at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA. He was born and educated in Methuen, MA. He was the son of the late Elena R. (Neve) and Francis H. Cardone. David graduated from Methuen High School, Class of 75 and attended Northern Essex Community College. David worked for the Town of Methuen for many years.  He also went on to get his CDL license where he then went to work for Boston Granite Exchange. David loved spending time with his large Italian family attending many cookouts and holiday gatherings. He also enjoyed watching football and playing cards with his friends.  David cherished his niece Deana and his nephew Jaymeson with whom he shared a special bond.

He is survived by his brother F. Paul Cardone and his wife Jayne of Methuen.  His niece Deana M. Cardone, and his nephew Jaymeson P. Cardone both of Methuen. His two aunts, Geraldine Azzarito of Atkinson and Rosalie Carsanaro of Methuen. He is also survived by his many cousins and close friends.

A private celebration of David's life was held on Sunday, February 20th. In lieu of flowers a donation to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 is something we feel would make David smile.
