David S. Lewis, 52, of Salem, NH passed away on Thursday, October 6 ^th at St. Elizabeth's Hospital.

He grew up in Lawrence, MA and Salem, NH and graduated from Salem High School. David was a small engine repair specialist. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus #4442 and he was a long time and proud member of AA. David enjoyed spending time with his friends.

David will be deeply missed by his mother, Patricia Lewis of Salem; his five siblings, Richard Lewis, Charlene Steele, Pamela DiMartino, Maribeth Nickola and Nicole Henderson and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father, Richard Lewis.

Services will be private for the family.
