Donna  "Chelsea" Jalbert, 77, of Hampstead, NH passed away on Monday, July 21st, 2025 at Salemhaven Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Salem, NH surrounded by her loving family.

Donna was born in Methuen, MA and graduated from St Marys.  She worked for many years as a Case Manager for the state of Massachusetts.

In her younger years, Donna loved to go dancing at The Fireside.  This was something that she still mentioned often.  Her witty and feisty personality was evident to all, especially when she spoke of how much she loved to watch "her cowboys" on all of the old western movies she enjoyed so much.  She also looked forward to her weekly trips to Allure Hair Studio to have her hair and nails done and spend time with her friends.  Donna's religious faith and love for her grandkids was enormous.

Donna will be deeply missed by her loving children, Jillian Jalbert; Robert Jalbert, Jr. and wife, Abby; Rodney Jalbert and longtime companion, Kathleen Lambroukos; her seven grandchildren, Ryan Renee, Erin, Tanner, Matthew, Austin, Spencer and Mason; her two great grandchildren, Riley and Collin; predeceased by her grandson Gabriel and her special friend and caregiver, Joanne.

Arrangements will be private for the family.
