Doris Theresa Bauters, 89, of Salem, NH passed away in her home on September 16th, 2023.  She was born August 9, 1934 in Lawrence, MA.  She is survived by her beloved husband, of 69 years, Jules R. Bauters of Salem, a devoted daughter, Susan J Tisbert of Pelham & two sons, Jay A. Bauters, of Salem & John F. Bauters (pre-deceased in 2007) taken too soon by debilitating MS.  The couple shared 3 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.  Doris and Jay enjoyed music and dancing, but currently more folks that liked to watch TV & eat out. They especially enjoyed their breakfast at Sammy J's and Maddies.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm in the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St Salem NH. A funeral service will follow Wednesday at 6:00pm in the funeral home.  God Bless Mom!
