Doris Langtry, 86, of Methuen, MA passed away at her home on Monday, Dec. 14 ^th .

Doris was born and educated in Lawrence, MA, the daughter of the late Jane (Perry) and Frank Arsenault. Throughout her life, Doris worked for Western Electric, MFE and Stocker Yale. She was very devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was an active member of the Salem Athletic Club "Young at Heart" group for many years. Doris was always the life of the party. She enjoyed playing 45's and dancing and singing. She gave great back rubs but was best known for her yodeling. She was also an avid Boston sports fan - she loved to watch "her boys."

Doris will be sadly missed by her son, Mark Langtry and his wife Cathy of Salem, NH; her daughter-in-law, Charlene Langtry of Washington, NH; her brothers, Roy Arsenault and Walter Arsenault and his wife Arlene, all of Methuen, MA; her sister-in-law, Olive Arsenault of Lawrence, MA; her five grandchildren, Scott Langtry and wife Callie, Christopher Langtry and wife Kristie, Stephen Langtry and wife Cathy, Shannon St. Pierre and husband Jordan and Sara Langtry; her three great grandchildren Zack, Alex and Graham, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son, Rick Langtry and her siblings, Elmer Arsenault, Frances Arsenault and Marie Gallant.

Burial of the urn will be on Thursday, May 20th at 10:30 AM at Immaculate Conception Cemetery. Please arrive by 10:15 AM. Arrangements are under the care of Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
