She was born on December 11,1935 in Nashua, NH, a daughter of the late Nathaniel and Isabelle (Horwood) Snow. She was raised in Nashua with her brother and sister, Albert and Louise.
Dot graduated from Nashua High School, Class of 1953 and the former Keene Teacher's College, Class of 1957. They were married on August 23, 1958 and celebrated 61 years of marriage before Patrick's death on October 3, 2019.
Dot left her teaching career to raise her family and instill in her children the faith which she and her husband shared. She was a long time and active communicant of Saints Mary and Joseph Parish in Salem, NH, where she continued to faithfully worship throughout her life.
They bought their first and only home on Henry Street in Salem, NH, raising four children and delighted in the births of each grandchild and great grandchild. Dot enjoyed yearly trips to Florida, many vacations including Hampton Beach, Cape Cod and Saratoga, cruises, daily trips to the mall with her husband and especially time spent with her family. After her husband's retirement, they embarked on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Ireland and England.
Her family was so special to her and she had unique relationships with each of them. Her family is comforted that their parents are reunited in heaven.
Dot is survived by her children: Sheila and her husband Dan Apice of Windham, NH, Joseph and his wife Jennifer Finnigan of Methuen, MA, Brenda Snow and her husband Bruce Wilson of Derry, NH and Mary and her husband Ernest Calderone of Chester, NH; her grandchildren: Kristen (Robert) Novak, Jennifer (James) Kiessling, Matthew (Shawna) Knapp, Bryan (Amanda) Ouellette, Amanda (Michael) Bianca, Liam Finnigan, Tyler Calderone, Colleen Finnigan, Brooke Wilson, Rachel Yarid and Anastasia Yarid; great grandchildren: Kayla, Emily May, Hailey, Grace-Ann, Hannah, Ethan Patrick, Sophie, Beckett, Bodie Finnigan and Easton; her sister-in-law Margaret Ellen Finnigan; and her nieces Pamela Davis, Kate Dwyer, Laurinda Snow, Kristine Millard and Jennifer Snow.
