Edward D. Ferguson, 78, of Salem, NH passed away on Sunday, Dec. 27 ^th at Holy Family Hospital.

Edward grew up and was educated in North Andover, MA. He graduated from North Andover High School.  He was the son of the late Olive (Casey) and Ernest Ferguson.

Edward served in the US Navy. He was a manager at Wang Labs Inc. for many years, then he was a maintenance supervisor for Princeton Properties. Edward was a talented handyman who could fix anything. He enjoyed taking care of his yard and building things for his home.

Edward will be sadly missed by his two children, Erik Ferguson of Salem, NH and Karen Ferguson of Shapleigh, ME; his two sisters, Lea Shaw of Navarre, FL and Laurie Wasco of Aberdeen, NJ.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Joan (Chulada) Ferguson.

There are no calling hours.  The Funeral Service will be Thursday, Dec. 31 ^st at 11:00 AM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.

Please arrive for the service by 10:45 AM. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
