Elaine M. (Norton) Ferrari of Salem, NH passed away peacefully at the age of 77 surrounded by her family on Tuesday, September 27 ^th at Mass General Hospital. Mrs. Ferrari was the daughter of the late George and Iona (Hicks) Norton. She grew up in Melrose, MA, and lived in Wilmington, MA for many years before moving to New Hampshire in 2015.

Elaine was very creative and enjoyed making crafts and hand knitting sweaters for her grandchildren. She especially loved the Christmas holiday season and is widely known as one of the all-time great present givers to her grandchildren.

Elaine is survived by her beloved husband, Stephen, of 55 years, her son Ken and his wife Carol of Connecticut, son Scott and wife Kerri of Missouri, and son Kevin and wife Natalie of New Hampshire. Elaine was the proud grandmother to her grandchildren that she absolutely adored; Jake, Lauren, Benjamin, Nicholas, and Caroline.

She was predeceased by her three brothers, William, James, and Richard.

Calling hours will be on Sunday, October 2 ^nd from 11:00 AM – 1:00PM followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
