Elaine M. Richard, 66 of Boston, MA passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at her home. She was born and raised in Boston.

Elaine had lived in Boston for most of her life, but had lived in Salem, NH for 15 years. She loved walking around her North End neighborhood and people watching. She was an avid Boston sports fan. Elaine enjoyed searching the North End for new places for sweet treats but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son; Kevin Richard and his wife Erin of Salem, NH and by her two grandchildren; Jack and Ellie Richard, both also of Salem.

Following cremation visiting hours will be held on Sunday, July 14, 2019 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm in the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem.
