Irene D. (Dube) Poirier, 94, of Salem, NH died peacefully Monday, December 10, 2018 at the Pleasant Valley Nursing Home, Derry, NH.

Irene was born in Lawrence, MA the daughter of the late Dorilla (Provencal) and Herman Dube. She attended school in Methuen, MA. Irene enjoyed playing bingo, spending time with friends and family and she loved the color pink.

Irene is survived by her son-in-law, Frank Watson, Sr., her 3 grandchildren, her 4 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Poirier and her daughter, Carol Watson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 10:00am to 11:00am followed by a funeral service at 11:00am at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Matthew Parish Tithing Program, 2 Searles Rd., Windham, NH 03087.
