James. T. Myers, Jr., 64 of Hampstead, NH passed away at High Pointe Hospice House on Tuesday, May 9 ^th after a brief illness.

He grew up in Lawrence, MA the son of the late Marcelle (Marquis) and James T. Myers, Sr. Jim graduated from the Greater Lawrence Technical School. He received his Bachelor's Degree and his Masters Degree from NH College. Jim proudly served his country in the US Air Force. He was an engineer with BAE Systems until his retirement.

Jim enjoyed golfing with his buddies, hunting, traveling and relaxing by his pool. He coached his children's sports teams when they were young. He was an avid Boston sports fan. Jim loved spending time with his family. He volunteered with the Hampstead Civic Club for many years.

He will be deeply missed by his children, Allison Albert and her husband Thomas of Lynchburg, VA and Benjamin Myers of Hampstead, NH; his four sisters, Ruth Ann DeSantis of Hampstead, NH, Noreen Myers of Bradford, MA, Brenda Myers of Kittery Point, ME and Mary Ellen Pardue of E. Hampstead, NH and several nieces and nephews including Jim DeSantis who was like his second son.

Jim was predeceased by his beloved wife, Jane (Coburn) Myers who passed away in March and his daughter, Ashley Myers.

Visitation will be on Sunday, May 14 ^th from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH 03079. The Funeral Service will be Monday, May 15 ^th at 10:30 AM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers donations in James's name may be sent to Homeland Heroes Foundation, 10 Delaware Dr. #1, Salem, NH 03079. Burial of the urn will be at a later date.
