James J. O'Leary, Jr., 86, of Salem, NH and formerly of Haverhill, MA passed away on Sunday, August 15 ^th at Greystone Farm at Salem.

James was born and educated in Malden, MA and graduated from Malden High School. He served in the US Army. James retired from Harvey Industries where he was a plant supervisor. He enjoyed playing golf and traveling internationally with his wife. James especially loved spending time with his family.

James will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 62 years, Jolene (O'Brien) O'Leary; his four sons, James O'Leary and wife Amy of Windham, NH, Michael O'Leary of Camden, ME, Thomas O'Leary and wife Katrina of Rowley, MA and Mark O'Leary and his wife Audra of Newbury, MA; his three sisters, Mary Cootey of Salem, NH, Patty O'Leary and Barbara O'Leary, both of Malden, MA; seven grandchildren, Blanca, Erin, Elisabeth, Jack. Nick, Jared and John and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Anna (Buckley) and James O'Leary and his sister, Joan Lewis.

Services will be private for the family. Arrangements are under the care of Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
