Jeanne
Federico
d. Jan 15, 2025
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeanne Marie Federico, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Jeanne departed this world surrounded by love, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her.
Born to Donald and Elmira Culver, Jeanne grew up in a home filled with warmth and love, values she carried with her throughout her life. She shared a special bond with her sister, Donna Damon, who remained one of her closest confidantes and dearest friends.
Jeanne was the cherished wife of John Federico, her soulmate and best friend, with whom she shared 57 beautiful years of marriage. Together, they created a life filled with laughter, music, and adventures even simply enjoying time at the casino. John was her biggest fan and unwavering supporter, and their love story was an inspiration to all who knew them. Her love of music was a thread that wove joy into her days and connected her with others. She approached life with grace, generosity, and a fierce devotion to those she loved.
Jeanne's pride and joy were her two sons. Jeff and his wife, Patricia and James and his wife, Melanie. James and Melanie blessed Jeanne with two beloved granddaughters, Sophia and Olivia, who brought endless happiness and light into her life. Jeanne's fierce love for her family was evident in everything she did, and she took immense pride in their accomplishments and happiness.
Jeanne cherished her family, including her sister Donna and brother-in-law Bill.Three nieces, Stephanie, Lindsey and Nicole. Two nephews, Nick and Sam from John's brother, Mike and Sister-in-law Mary. John's sister Kathy was close to her heart. Jeanne also leaves behind many loved relatives. Her home was always a welcoming place, filled with laughter, music, and the aroma of her delicious cooking, where everyone felt like family.
A lover of life, Jeanne was known for her vibrant spirit and kind demeanor. A great passion in her life was the joy she found as a hairdresser. First starting with in-home clients, then renting chair space to eventually owning her own salon appropriately named, JMF Salon. Her passion was not just the act of cutting hair, but how she built bonds and deeply connected with her clients. A sight that was truly remarkable to see, if you had the chance.
Jeanne's legacy of love, laughter, and resilience will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. While she will be deeply missed, the memories she created and the love she shared will remain forever.
The family kindly requests no flowers, but if you choose, donations be made in her name to a charity close to Jeanne's heart, or a charity of your choice.
