He was born in Haverhill, MA, the son of the late Constance ("Connie") and Hubert ("Hubie") Camire. Outside of work, Jerry loved building muscle cars and hot rods in the 80's, fishing on the family boat with his brother and father, golfing in the Nester League at Granite Fields and looked forward to the Chili Open at Oaks Country Club every year.  He was also an avid member of the NH Muscle Car Club and loved attending "Cruise Nights" at New England auto shows and watching drag races at the N.E. Dragway.

He is survived by his daughters Nicole Tamsett and her husband Stephen of Groton, MA, and Kristin Camire of Durango, CO; his stepchildren, Stephanie McMenemy and her husband David of Salem, NH and Thomas Oulton and his wife Cara of Deerfield, NH; his siblings, Sandra Camire and her partner Herbert of E. Kingston, NH, Debra Hyatt and her husband Ricky of Salem, NH, sister in law Kim Camire of Derry, NH; his 4 grandchildren, Dylan, Tyler, Katherine, and Emmett, as well as several nieces and nephews and his beloved cat, Meatball.
