Grandi was born on July 26, 1944, in Methuen, MA, to Benn and Evelyn (Knutson) Karpowicz. She was the beloved wife of Daniel for nearly 60 years.
Grandi was a very driven woman who raised 3 children & worked full time all while going to school to get her accounting degree. She tirelessly & unselfishly worked for the betterment of her family and did whatever it took to make that happen. Grandi always made it a point to keep in touch with friends & family to go to lunch, shop or even just a quick visit to say Hello. Her love for her brothers does not go unnoticed as she made numerous trips to visit them over the years. The time she spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren was always full of laughter & fun.
Grandi was predeceased by her husband, Daniel (Bubba), her parents, her grandson Jacob McCormack, and her son-in-law, Jeffrey Mancini.
She is survived by her brothers Robert Karpowicz & Edward and his wife Suzanne Karpowicz of Minnesota; her daughter, Patricia Mancini of Salem, NH; her sons, Scott & his wife Mary McCormack of Sandown, NH, and Andrew McCormack of Salem, NH; her grandsons, Jeffrey & his wife Tabitha Mancini of Salem, NH, Alan McCormack & his long-time girlfriend Marissa Worthen and her two children Courtnee and Caleb of Hampstead, NH, Tyler McCormack of Eliot, ME, and Steven & his wife Julie McCormack of Londonderry, NH; her granddaughters, Ellora McCormack of Somersworth, NH, Cassandra Mancini & her fiance Kevin Bodah of Derry, NH, and Grace McCormack of Sandown, NH; her great-grandsons, Kayden Barbin, Hunter & River McCormack; and her great-granddaughter, Kyrin Mancini, as well as several nieces & nephews.
Grandi will be greatly missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
