Kam C. Kwong, 95, of Lakeland, FL and formerly of Pelham, NH passed away on Monday, Jan. 1, 2024 at Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Taishan, Quangdong, China, the daughter of the late Soon Yoke (Ma) and Ming Chin. Kam came to the US in 1973. She worked in the garment industry, first at Soloman Factory in Lowell, MA then later at Pandora Clothing Factory in Pelham, NH.

Kam enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking and traveling.  She was very social, enjoyed family gatherings and loved a party.

She is survived by her 3 sons, Peter Kwong and his wife Lily of Wheeling, IL, Jack Kwong and his wife Debbie of Marston Mills, MA and David Kwong of Lakeland, FL; her 2 grandsons, Derek and his wife Becky and Frederick and his wife Suzan; her 4 great grandchildren, Seth, Vivian, Ellie and Charlotte; her brothers -in-law, Jimmy Kwong and his wife Connie of San Francisco and John Kwong and his wife Wing-Hun of Salem, NH and several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband Charn Yin Kwong and her siblings.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM followed by a funeral service at 10:30 AM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.  Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem.
