Karen M. Proulx, 65, of Candia, NH passed away Saturday, February 29 ^th at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester.

Karen grew up in Lawrence, MA and Salem, NH and graduated from Salem High School, Class of 1972. She received her Associate's Degree from Hesser College. Karen had retired from Eaton & Berube Insurance Agency in Nashua where she worked as an insurance agent. Karen enjoyed sewing and crocheting. Her family was her passion and her grandchildren were her heart and soul.

Karen will be sadly missed by her children, Janna Crawford and husband George of Rochester, NH and Adam Sicard of Candia, NH; her long time partner, Steven Lavoie of Candia, NH; her siblings, Theresa Lamirande and husband David of FL, Kenneth Proulx and wife Lise of Berlin, NH, Patricia Berube and husband Darren of Salem, NH, Peter Beaulieu and wife Elaine of Salem, NH and Paula Beaulieu of Dover, NH; her grandchildren, Aime and Vander "Bubba" Crawford and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Gertrude (Gauthier) Proulx and Joseph Roland Proulx and her stepmother, Florence Proulx.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 5 ^th from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
