Kathleen M. (Brown) LaCarbonara , 57 , of Salem , NH died suddenly on Friday, April 20 th at Parkland Medical Center.

Kathleen grew up in Wakefield, MA the daughter of the late Mary Elizabeth (Sheehan) and John Brown. She sang with the Lt. Norman Prince Chorus in Melrose, MA. She enjoyed decorating, cleaning, gardening and yard work . Kathleen liked visiting lighthouses. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed cracking jokes. She had an infectious laugh that made everyone around her happy. She was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Kathleen will be sadly missed by her children, Shawna Travis and husband Billy of Londonderry, NH and Joseph LaCarbonara of Salem, NH; her siblings, Mary Healey of Salem, NH, John Brown of Peabody, MA, Robert Brown of Lynn, MA, Ellen Emerson of Salem, NH, Debbie Murphy of Wakefield, MA, Elizabeth Cram of Wolfeboro, NH, Jim Brown of Wakefield, MA; her former husband, Daniel LaCarbonara of Londonderry, NH; her companion, Frankie Cochran of Salem, NH; her grandchildren, William and Savannah and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son Danny La Carbonara and her sister, Patty Holbrook.

Visitation will be Monday , April 23 rd from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. The Funeral Service will be Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Douglas & Johnson. Burial is in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
