Kenneth Baker, 49, of Salem, NH passed away on January 23, 2025 at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital after a valiant battle against cancer.

Ken grew up in Chelsea, MA, the son of the late Aida and William Baker. He was the Supervisor of Logistics at the United States Post Office in Boston, MA. He enjoyed classic cars, collecting Zippo lighters and music. He was a devoted family man and he loved spending time with his daughter.

Ken will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 30 years, Penny Newman-Baker; his daughter, Abigail Baker; his brothers, James Baker, Ross Baker, and Joseph Newman, Sr.; his sister, Lisa Newman Smith; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his brother Richard Ross and his sister-in-law, Dorothy "DeeDee" Newman.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 30th from 4:00 – 7:30 PM with a time of sharing at 7:30 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
