Lorraine R. (Rochon) Blackburn, 73, of Salem, NH passed away at her home on March 12 ^th .

She was born and educated in Lawrence, MA, the daughter of the late Rita (Roberge) and Alfred Rochon. Lorraine worked at the IRS in Andover, MA for many years. She was a member of Mary Queen of Peace Church in Salem. Lorraine loved theater, music and dancing. Lorraine's family meant the world to her and she cherished spending time with them, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a caring and compassionate woman and she will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her three children, Catherine Blais of Worcester, MA, Robert W. Blackburn, Jr and his wife Kelly of Haverhill, MA, and Timothy Blackburn Sr. and his wife Stacy of Salem, NH; her siblings, Robert Rochon of Napa, CA, Jacqueline Meaney of Salem, NH and Rachael Masse of Ocala, FL, her 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 18 ^th from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
