Louise M. McCann, 94, of Andover, MA passed away on Thursday, August 24th at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill, MA after a brief illness.

Louise was born in Nashua, NH on August 17, 1929 the daughter of Sylvio and Aurora (Desmarais) Ouellette.  She was a 1947 graduate of Portsmouth High School.  She worked for General Electric in Somersworth until her first child was born. When her children were older, she worked for 18 years as a Salesperson at Anderson-Little in Bedford retiring in 1989. In November, 1991 her husband retired and they moved to Florida.   Her hobbies included crocheting, cooking and jigsaw puzzles.

Louise will be deeply missed by her two children, Steve and his wife LiWen, Kathy and her husband Ken; her brother Robert; her three grandchildren, Robert, Christina and Samantha and her great-grandchild Kathleen.  She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 57 years, Robert McCann and by her brother Gerard and her sister Sylvia.

The family would like to thank Stone Hill at Andover and High Pointe Hospice House for their kindness and professionalism.

There will be no visiting hours.  The family will be holding a private service and interment at Calvary Cemetery in Portsmouth, NH.
