Louise C. Stickney, 83, of Salem, NH passed away on Thursday, April 6 ^th at Holy Family Hospital.

She was born and educated in Haverhill, MA the daughter of the late Sophie (Ostopchuk) and Joseph Sudol. Louise graduated from Haverhill High School. She began her career as a hairdresser and retired from Market Basket where she worked in the produce department. She enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, bingo and an occasional trip to Foxwoods with her sisters. Louise loved spending time with her family

Louise is survived by her two sons, Robert Stickney and wife Melissa of Salem, NH and Dave "Spike" Stickney and his significant other, Jenny DeRoche of Manchester, NH; her 7 siblings, Joseph Sudol of Haverhill, MA, Frances Paul of Atkinson, NH, Regina Clifford of Atkinson, NH, Anthony Sudol and wife Sandy of Haverhill, MA, Paul Sudol and wife Joanne of Wells, ME, Sophie Scamporino and husband John of Haverhill, MA and Laura Gates and husband Wayne of Plaistow, NH; her 8 grandchildren, Keith and wife Michelle, Zachary and twin brother Jacob, Matthew, David Jr. and wife Sarah, Michael and wife Sasha, Brian, and Kristen Stickney ; her 7 great grandchildren, Cooper, Kyle, Madelyn, Alexander, Ryan, Jaxson and Harper and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert Stickney, her son, Stephen Stickney, her brother, Peter Sudol and her twin sister, Lorraine Sawyer.

Calling hours will be on Wednesday, April 12 ^th from 9:00 – 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
