Marcelle Martino, 86, of Salem, NH passed away on November 6th at Salemhaven.

She grew up and was educated in Methuen, MA, the daughter of the late Ida and Antonio Poulin. She worked as an assembler at Vicor in Andover until her retirement. Marcelle enjoyed collecting lighthouses and she loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. She loved her dog, Fluffy.

Marcelle will be deeply missed by her son, Ronald Contarino and his wife Kelley of Salem, NH; her 4 siblings, Doris Harasen, Kim Poulin and his wife Liz Shaw, Claire Lavoie, Larry Poulin and his wife Janet; her 2 grandchildren, Paul and Mia Contarino; her sisters-in-law, Beverly Poulin and Priscilla Poulin and  numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son, Sam Contarino and her siblings, Lee Poulin, Yvette Herchenroder, Jeannette Lombardo, Irene Beaulieu and Gene Poulin.

The family would like to thank the staff at Salemhaven for the loving care they gave Marcelle during her time there.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 12th from 9:00 – 11:00 AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. Memorial contributions in Marcelle's name may be made to:  Salemhaven Resident Council Fund, 23 Geremonty Dr, Salem, NH.
