Minnie (Procurot) Collins, 98, of Salem, NH died peacefully surrounded by family on December 5, 2019.

She was born and educated in Wakefield, MA the daughter of the late Annie (Benkofsky) and John Procurot. Minnie worked for Schraffts Candy factory in Charlestown, MA, Republic Steel in New York during WWII, raised her children while tending the family farm then eventually retired from Sanmina Corp. in Derry, NH. Minnie enjoyed traveling, spending time by the ocean, visiting country stores and trying international foods.

Minnie is survived by her 6 children including, John Grieco of Hampstead, NH, Linda Collins of Chester, NH, Sharon Barry of Londonderry, NH and her caregiver of 19 years Patricia Collins of Salem, NH.

She was predeceased by her husband Clifton Collins and by her siblings Jon, William, Stephen, Antonio, Leo and Stella.

At the request of the family, funeral services will be private.
