Patricia A. Jackson, 88 of Salem, NH passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019 in the Pleasant Valley Nursing Center, Derry, NH. She was born in Lynn, MA, a daughter of the late Adelard and Irene (Surette) Blair.

Mrs. Jackson grew up and was educated in Lynn. She was a resident of Billerica, MA for 40 years and had made her home in Salem for the last 20 years. She worked as an administrative assistant for the U.S. Government for 25 years. Mrs. Jackson proudly served her country as a member of the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and was last stationed at the Pentagon. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 8546. She was an avid reader, loved to go camping, and enjoyed life and being with her family.

She is survived by her children; Karen Jackson of Salem, Keith Jackson and his wife Valerie of Pennsylvania, Blair Jackson and his wife Brenda Marie of Salem and Brenda Jackson of Salem, her grandchildren; Jonathan, Kaitelyn and Kerri Jackson and Samantha Spillane, her great-grandson; Colton Jackson and by her brother; Robert C. Blair of Florida. She was predeceased by her husband; Kenneth M. Jackson.

Following cremation, visiting hours will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm in the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22 ^nd at 10:30am in the Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery, 145 Boston St., Lynn, MA. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
