Paul Lund, 75, of Atkinson, NH passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Aug. 11th at Parkland Medical Center.

He grew up and was educated in Malden, MA. Paul answered his nation’s call by serving in the United States Air Force. In his working life he was a dedicated supervisor at Dow Chemical and Hampshire Chemical Company, where his leadership and work ethic were well regarded.

Away from the job, Paul found contentment in everyday pursuits. He enjoyed yardwork, photography, coin collecting, fishing, and reading. He loved his dogs and took special pleasure in watching the cardinals in his yard. Those who knew him remember a man of quiet interests and steady loyalty to family and home.

Paul is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years, Terry Lund of Atkinson, NH; his son, Paul of Malden, MA; his step-children, Tracy LaValley and husband Brett of Atkinson, NH and Christopher Caron of Londonderry, NH; his brothers, John Lund and wife Carol, Dennis Lund and Douglas Lund; his sister-in-law, Sharon Roberts and his brothers-in-law, Frank Belanger and Thomas Belanger and Patricia Raiche; his 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday, August 16, 2026 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St. Salem, NH. The Funeral Service will be Monday, August 17th at 10:30 AM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill, MA.
