Peter Deering, 72, of Salem, NH passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 1st, 2025 at his home.

He grew up and was educated in New York, the son of the late Margaret and Frank Deering. He graduated from Newtown High School and Queensboro Community College. Peter was an engineer and worked at several corporations including Ebasco, Raytheon and Comstock-Jackson. Peter enjoyed working on his cars and he had enjoyed fishing with his father.

Peter is survived by his twin brother, Paul Deering and his wife Constance of Merrick NY, his sister Frances Deering of FL and his niece and nephew, Cathaline and Ian Deering. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Joan Deering.

There are no public services. Arrangements are under the care of Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
