Phyllis Geyer, 86, of Raymond, NH, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, creativity, and kindness.

Born and raised in Florida, Phyllis graduated from Bay High School and carried the warmth and hospitality of her southern roots throughout her life. She was a gifted cook whose meals brought family and friends together around the table. Whether preparing a favorite family recipe, decorating beautiful cakes for special occasions, or sharing her latest baking creation, she found joy in making others happy.

Phyllis was also exceptionally talented with crafts and sewing. She enjoyed creating handmade treasures and was always eager to put her creativity to work on projects for family and friends.  Her attention to detail and artistic spirit were evident in everything she made.

A woman of deep and unwavering faith, Phyllis's religious devotion was at the center of her life. She lived by her beliefs and served as an example of compassion, generosity, and grace to those around her.

Phyllis is predeceased by her husband Russell W. Geyer, her daughter Carolyn Garabedian, and her siblings Arthur York, Carol Middlebrooks, Shirley Jones, and Bert York.

She is survived by her daughter Suzanne Keefe and husband Thomas, her son Phillip Geyer, her brother Clem York, her grandchildren Lisa, Matthew, Emma, Hannah, Andrew, and Phillip; her great-grandchildren Douglas, Alana, Aurora, and Benson and her best friend of over 50 years, Mary Wilson.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 10th from 5:00 – 6:00 PM followed by a service at 6:00 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St. Salem, NH. Burial will be private for the family.
