Ralph E. Finnigan, Jr. 85, of Salem, NH passed away on Saturday, Jan. 8 ^th at his home.

He was born and educated in Haverhill, MA the son of the late Delilah (Farnell) and Ralph E. Finnigan, Sr.  Ralph was a supervisor for Vernon Plastics in Ward Hill, MA for many years. Ralph was an avid New England sports fan. His passions were sports and cooking. Ralph was a wonderful cook and his specialty was Thanksgiving Dinner. He enjoyed fishing and camping and he camped in Ossipee for over 40 years. He was a member of the Methuen VFW Post #8349. He loved his cats and Mr. Patches and Ralph were inseparable.

Ralph will be deeply missed by his beloved wife of 62 years, Jean (Fortin) Finnigan of Salem, NH; his daughters, Nadine Finnigan-Vincent and her husband Mark of Kingston, NH and Bonnie Finnigan of Salem, NH; his son in law; Joseph Armano of Salem, NH; his brother in law, Jerry Fortin and his wife Arline of Derry, NH and his sister in law Carol Powell of St. Augustine, FL; his 5 grandchildren, Katrina and husband Dan Wells, Giana and husband Joshua Hebert, Todd Daniels, Jr., Justin Daniels and wife Chelsea and Joey Armano and his 3 great grandchildren, Willow, Ashur and Lincoln and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Suzanne Armano and his brother, William Finnigan.

Services were private for the family.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ralph's name may be sent to St. Joseph Food Pantry c/o Mary Queen of Peace Church, 200 Lawrence Rd, Salem, NH. Please make checks payable to Saints Mary and Joseph.
