Renzo A. Binaghi, 69, of Salem, NH passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born in Boston, MA, a son of the late Renzo and Flora (D'Aloisio) Binaghi.

Mr. Binaghi earned his Master's Degree in Education from Boston University.  He was the Principal at Pentucket Regional High School in West Newbury, MA for over 40 years.  Following his retirement he became a Police Officer in North Andover, MA for eight years.  He was proud of his Italian heritage, and being Italian, he loved to cook.  Mr. Binaghi loved playing dominoes, camping, fishing, hunting and enjoyed cigars and bourbon.  He was a member of Calvary Bible Church in Derry, NH.  Family was everything to him; he was proud of and absolutely loved his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years; Sheryl (Mowry) Binaghi of Salem, by his two daughters; Charissa Gudek and her husband Steve of Chester, NH and Claudia Govoni and her husband Rick of Derry, by his five grandchildren; Stephen, Grace, Amelia, Gabriel and Malakai.  He is also survived by three sisters; Elisa Cavallaro, Claudia Spero and Sylvia Pellegrini, by his brother; Giulio Binaghi and by several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm in the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.  A funeral service will be held Friday, October 29 ^th at 11:00am in the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, 329 Main St., Salem.
