Richard "Dick" D. Kenny, 61, of Sandown, NH passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2018, surrounded by his loving family at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH.

Dick was born and educated in Haverhill, MA, the son of the late Eleanor and John Kenny. He was in the first graduating class of Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School, Class of 1975. Dick worked as a heavy equipment operator for George E. Merrill and Sons, Inc. for over 40 years. He loved going on cruises with his wife, walking his dogs and spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing and cruising on his boat.

Dick will be sadly missed by his darlin' wife of 29 years, Janet (Tremblay) Kenny of Sandown; his stepchildren, Erika Leveroni of Sandown and Gary Leveroni and wife Dena of Sandown; his brother, James Kenny and wife Terri of Haverhill, MA; his six grandchildren, Troy and Seth Blackadar and Evan, Cameron, Marissa and Abigayle Leveroni. Dick was predeceased by his brother, John Kenny.

Visitation will be Thursday, August 30 ^th from 3:00 – 7:30 PM followed by a Funeral Service at 7:30 PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
