Rosa Siu Fung (Lam) Lo, of Salem, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2021 at the age of 68. Born in Tai Shan, China, she was the daughter of Chuong Fai and Lin Yee Chan Lam. Rosa was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.

Rosa had a kind and compassionate spirit and was always ready to give anyone the shirt off her back, or better yet, a home cooked meal. She had a passion for cooking and sharing the love of food with her family and friends. She also enjoyed painting, sewing, gardening, and watching cooking shows. But above all, spending time with her family would always bring a smile to her face, whether it was a family gathering or a quick visit with her grandkids.

Rosa was preceded in death by her son, Edmond. She is survived by her husband, David, her five children, Carmen Hira and her husband Rakesh of Nashua, Selma Deyak and her husband Thomas of Bedford, Lena Rozzi of Hooksett, Raymond Lo and his wife Devon of Salem, and Norman Lo of Salem, eight grandchildren, and brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 1st, 2021, 10:00 am at Pine Grove Cemetery in Salem, NH. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the SSG Edmond Lo Memorial Scholarship Fund in loving memory of her son, Edmond.
