Ryan M. Morelle, 19 of Salem, NH passed away on Monday, August 10, 2020 at his home. He was born in Derry, NH, the beloved son of Michael J. Morelle and Rebecca D. (Corriveau) Morelle.

Ryan was a lifelong Boy Scout and a proud member of Troop 409 in Salem, NH. He grew up going to scout camp and looked up to his counselors. Ryan was so very proud to become a counselor and area director for the Griswold Scout Reservation. Ryan was an exemplary scout and he lived by the motto, "Character is what you do when no one's looking." He was a proud cadet with the Salem High School JROTC and he graduated from Salem High School in 2019.

He worked for Findeisen's Ice Cream Shop in Salem for close to 5 years, always serving customers with a smile. Ryan was the son every parent would be proud to have. The bond that Ryan shared with his only sister, Desiree was unbreakable. They coined a bunch of phrases together and enjoyed making each other laugh. A piece of Desiree will forever be missing without her little brother by her side.

He cared about people and he made personal connections with everyone he came into contact with. Ryan had a caring heart and was always compassionate and ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. Ryan loved the outdoors and camping and he enjoyed hiking and climbing mountains with his Dad. He was passionate about cooking and he gave 110% of himself in everything he did.

Ryan will be sadly missed by his father, Michael J. Morelle of Salem,; his mother, Rebecca D. (Corriveau) Morelle of Tulare, CA; his sister, Desiree Morelle of Salem; his two aunts, Lynne Morelle and Kimberly Johnson; his his uncle, Robert Corriveau; his cousins, Bryanna, Samantha, Autumn, Rachel, Cornelia, Alicia, Faith and Seth and his many friends.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents; Pasquale and Amelia Morelle, his maternal grandparents; Roger and Debbie Corriveau and by his uncle; Ronald Corriveau.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm in the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem. The funeral service will be held at 11:00am Friday, August 14 ^th at the funeral home and will be live streamed on our website once it begins.
