Sadie (Sinkevich) LaFrancis, 95, of Salem, NH passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the Salemhaven Nursing Home, Salem. She was born in Lawrence, MA, a daughter of the late John and Mary (Samonovicius) Sinkevich.

Mrs. LaFrancis grew up in Lawrence and graduated from Lawrence High School. She was a communicant of St. Patrick Parish in Lawrence. She liked to travel, enjoyed her trips to Foxwoods, doing word search puzzles, shopping, crafts and playing Bingo.

She is survived by four children; James LaFrancis and his wife Jean of Salem, Debra Sirois and her husband Randy of Salem, Judith Sikorski and her husband Richard of Florida and William LaFrancis and his wife Linda of Chicago, IL, by 11 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband; Harold K. LaFrancis, by her son; Jeffrey LaFrancis, a brother Joseph Sinkevich and by her sister Leann.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm in the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem. Cremation will follow. A committal service will be held in Bellevue Cemetery, Lawrence in the spring.
