Sandra L. (Brown) deBronkart, 74, of Salem, NH passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at High Pointe Hospice House after fighting nothing short of a heroic battle with pancreatic cancer.

Sandy was a wonderful mom, Grammy, and friend who dedicated her whole life to caring for other people. She was known for her genuine kindness, quick-wittedness, and compassion. She retired from nursing in cardiology and transplant research at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA in 2016. Sandy devoted time to volunteering at the Food for the Hungry food pantry, Salem Family Resources, and the Salem Democrat Committee. She enjoyed a good book, baking, and margaritas with friends. Most of all, she loved spending time and going on adventures with her daughter and granddaughter.

Sandy will be forever remembered by her daughter, Lindsey L'Ecuyer and her husband, Jonathan, of Haverhill, MA; her granddaughter, Zoe; her sister, Ramona Fedele of Williamsport, PA; her lifelong friend Nancy Steil of Williamsport, PA; Lindsey's father, Dave, of Nashua, NH; and her niece and nephew, Rhonda Millhouse and Lance Turner. She was predeceased by her siblings, John Brown and Pip Turner. She was born and educated in Clearfield, PA, the daughter of the late Dorothy (Call) and John Brown. Sandy graduated from Clearfield High School and Williamsport School of Nursing.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Pennsylvania this summer. In lieu of sending flowers, please consider planting daisies, Sandy's favorite flowers, in her memory.
