Sandra (Sandee) L. LaChance, 69, of Salem, NH, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 12th at her home.

Sandee grew up in Cambridge, MA and Malden, MA, the daughter of the late Alice (Kumiski) and Stanley Markunas. She graduated from Malden High School and she received her LPN Degree from Northeastern University. Sandee worked as a nurse at Winchester Hospital later changing careers and working in the family business, LaChance Associates, Inc. Sandee enjoyed traveling and vacationing in Newport, RI.  She also enjoyed gardening, reading, skiing, cooking, and boating.  She always loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Sandee will be deeply missed by her beloved husband of 49 years, Richard LaChance of Salem; her son, Jarred LaChance and his wife Nicky of Salem, NH; her grandchildren, Trevor, Thomas and Brooke, her sister, Barbara Guillemette and her husband Harry; several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
