It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, Suzanne Elizabeth Kendall, who passed away May 13, 2024, at the age of 75.

Suzanne, as she was fondly known, was the daughter of Alfred and Mary Kendall. She grew up in Sandown, NH alongside her siblings, and attended Newton Wellsley College where she graduated with a degree in Nursing.   Suzanne was a Veteran of the US Army and served as a Captain, O.R. Nurse at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, DC.  During her 7 yr. tenure she earned an Army Medal of Commendation and National Defense Service Medal.

Suzanne was a loving sister and friend, always willing to lend a helping hand and a listening ear. She loved and was committed to her family. Her genuine personality and generous heart made her much loved among all who knew her. She enjoyed breeding birds as a former Pet Store owner and adored her African Grey pet bird, Madonna. She loved the beach and gatherings with her family and friends. Despite facing many challenges in her life, Suzanne remained resilient and persevered through it all. She was a fighter until the end.

Suzanne was predeceased by her parents, Alfred and Mary Kendall and her siblings Dale and Marlene.

She is survived by her siblings: Sister Patricia, Brother Scott and his wife Cathy, Sister Kathleen and partner of many years Tim, her Nieces, Michelle, Melissa, Danielle, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews Lianna, Dariam, Brooklyn, Ethan, Joseph, Hudson, other family and friends.

Her Celebration of Life will be on May 29, 2024, at Newburyport Elks, Newburyport, MA from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

We will miss her dearly but take comfort in the fact that she is now in a better place, free from pain and suffering. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
