Victor James Armata Jr., 73, passed away on February 23, 2022, at his home in Salem, NH.   He was born in Boston.  He was the son of Victor J. Armata Sr. and Theresa R. (Ciampa) Armata.   He attended Boston English H.S. and was a long-time resident of East Boston and Winthrop before moving to New Hampshire in the early 90s.

He had a 41-year career working for several metro Boston companies ending his career as Manager of Procurement at Technip Stone & Webster Process Technology, Inc.

He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and a true Boston sports fan he loved watching all Beantown based teams, especially the Bruins and Red Sox.   He picked up the golf clubs later in life and enjoyed the casual game with friends as well as a few annual charitable events.

He will be remembered as a generous and thoughtful father, loving grandfather, and devoted dog/cat dad.

He is survived by his daughter Lisa (Jason) Morgan and grand-daughter Katherine Morgan and many extended family, nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his father and mother, and stepmother, Lucy.

There will be no immediate funeral or memorial scheduled.  The family will notify friends and loved ones of a future scheduled service where Victor will be interred with his mother at Holy Cross cemetery in Malden, MA.
